ABOUT US
Est. Harlem, NY 2020
A small group of creatives, these talents join forces from the East to the West and back! With both of us growing up in or around kitchens our entire lives, and a combined 20 years of experience in the food service industry, it was finally time to start something real, something of our own.
Meeting each other in New York City, we had the opportunity to experience some of the most amazing dishes ever created. The greatest food always came from a hole-in-the-wall local establishment where the Chef was a grandmother, an auntie, brother, or cousin. They ALWAYS made the most authentic food and it was fresh & full of flavor, even if you got it off of some small cart on the street.
Thus our motto: "Put LOVE in your food."
It was then the Covid-19 Pandemic began and the food culture in NYC came to a screeching halt.
We have since retired from the city life to Gilbert, Arizona and spend our days traveling, creating new dishes and exploring with our son. Having been all over the States before the baby turns 1, we will continue to share our passion for cuisine and hospitality with you all.
